We want to say THANK YOU to our families that celebrated during the Christmas Dinner Parties! Thank you to the Activity Department for planning and organizing. Thank you to the Food and Nutrition Department for the food. Thank you to the Volunteers that helped during the party. Thank you to Kristi for the beautiful piano music that she played.

Our family Christmas dinners will be held next week! Please call the Activity Department at 419-335-2017 ext. 2798.

They will be on December 17, 18, and 19.
There will be two time slots available each day.
Time slot 1 - 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Time slot 2 - 5:15pm - 6:15pm

We are so excited to host a wonderful dinner for you!

Fulton Manor offers a wide range of social activities within the facility and outings to various locations in hopes of creating many opportunities for residents to socialize and have fun. Fulton Manor offers innovative programs such as Music and Memory, Keys to Living, and Dementia Live for residents, family, and staff. The Music annd Memory program utilizes music that residents grew up to which in turn creates the opportunity to help residents recall long-term memories. The Keys to Living program provides resources that families can use to connect with their loved ones through tools designed to help residents recall things they loved to do in their past. The Dementia Live program is an education tool offered to staff to help promote what it is like to live with dementia.

Fulton Manor has been awarded the Bronze - Quality to Achievement Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for its commitment to improving the lives of residents through quality care. The distinction is the first of three progressive award levels through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. The program, presented by the leading association in long term and post-acute care, honors assocciation members across the country that have demonstrated their dedication to improving quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
