Fulton Manor offers a warm and welcoming place for any one that may need skilled nursing, long term care, or independent living. Fulton Manor strives to return residents to their prior highest level of personal independence in a comfortable, dignified, and caring surrounding. Fulton Manor offers a wide range of social activities within the facility and outings to various locations in hopes of creating many opportunities for residents to socialize and have fun. Fulton Manor offers innovative programs such as Music and Memory, Keys to Living, and Dementia Live for residents, family, and staff. The Music annd Memory program utilizes music that residents grew up to which in turn creates the opportunity to help residents recall long-term memories. The Keys to Living program provides resources that families can use to connect with their loved ones through tools designed to help residents recall things they loved to do in their past. The Dementia Live program is an education tool offered to staff to help promote what it is like to live with dementia.
Fulton Manor has been awarded the Bronze - Quality to Achievement Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for its commitment to improving the lives of residents through quality care. The distinction is the first of three progressive award levels through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. The program, presented by the leading association in long term and post-acute care, honors assocciation members across the country that have demonstrated their dedication to improving quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
