Our goal is to educate & inspire to empower and transform YOU whether it's more beautiful skin or feeling better in the skin you're in! At CoreQuest Yoga & Spa our passion is in offering our clients the latest in science along with time tested and proven holistic methods into everything we offer at our studio from our award winning skin care spa treatments to our yoga studio private trainings and group class offerings. Our Skin Care Spa: Cathy harmoniously blends her expertise in holistic care, science, physiology and the latest technological advances in skin care along with Reiki and aromatherapy. Under her care, you'll experience an intuitive dance of customized transformation for your skin with a total state of relaxation, bliss and balance. Our Yoga Studio: Collectively, we have trained thousands of students and clients in group classes, personal trainings, workshops and retreats not only how to MOVE optimally in their bodies but also to LIVE empowered in their souls. Offering our own signature blend of yoga, functional movement and self-massage therapy ball classes for all ages and abilities. THE STUDIO: Our classes combine a unique blend of yoga, functional & somatic movement and self-massage therapy ball work. It’s kinda AWESOME stuff we do here! THE SPA: It’s no surprise you need to book well in advance to get in for one of Cathy’s facials at CoreQuest. This is NO ORDINARY facial! She personalizes each treatment whether clinical, preventive or corrective to help each client achieve healthier, ageLESS skin along with teaching them how to care for their skin for long term results! BUT THE REAL SECRET SAUCE is in the indulgent pampering care she gives each client as they experience a relaxing acupressure hand, facial and scalp massage, customized aromatherapy, an amethyst far-infrared heated relaxation table...even guided breath work if she senses your bodies systems are on overdrive and need a little rebalancing.
