Sitting in my kitchen, I looked up and smiled at the leaves reflecting back at me. 🍁 How quickly the seasons change as the playfulness of Halloween paves the way to the soft glow and reflection of late Autumn🍂 and the promise of a heartfelt Thanksgiving ahead....and then YIKES...it's almost Christmas and then the New Year...Our minds like to do that...move fast, think ahead, plan, overthink and then suddenly you've missed the moment...the now that should matter the most...so I take a breath and notice again, the leaves reflecting back at me and feel the smile right down to my soul. What can you stop and take notice of right now in your life?

The field of aesthetics is always evolving, and at Refine MD, we’re committed to staying at the forefront. Our team regularly participates in advanced trainings to ensure we deliver the latest, safest, and most effective treatments.

On Monday, our injectors spent their afternoon learning with an incredible trainer, diving into how to best support clients who have recently lost weight and experiencing volume loss or naturally have thinner faces. The goal? Soft, natural-looking results that honor your features.

In this training we used a combination of Sculptra for collagen restoration and filler to get some volume back in all the right places on both of our models. We can’t wait for them to come back once things have settled for their after photos.
