Our Yoga Studio: Collectively, we have trained thousands of students and clients in group classes, personal trainings, workshops and retreats not only how to MOVE optimally in their bodies but also to LIVE empowered in their souls. We are welcoming Jocelyn, a full-service aesthetician (adding Lash & FULL body waxes to our studio in addition to facial services!!) to our CoreQuest Spa location in Wautoma starting April 21st. 🙌 (Pre-booking is open NOW!)

Jocelyn, owner of Skin & Lash Haven, is a talented aesthetician and certified lash technician who specializes in beautifully customized lash sets designed to enhance each client’s natural features. She is also a skilled wax specialist, offering facial, body, and Brazilian waxing services, along with customized facials tailored to your skin’s needs.

A busy mom of three, Jocelyn brings warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for helping clients look and feel their best. I’m thrilled to welcome her to our space and know many of you will love her work.

THE STUDIO: Our classes combine a unique blend of yoga, functional & somatic movement and self-massage therapy ball work. It’s kinda AWESOME stuff we do here! We truly believe movement is medicine and life is worth living to it’s fullest for the long haul. Don’t you? We’d love to have you stop by for a class with us! Our studio is an inviting place where people learn, grow, join and gather. We also offer workshops and annual adventure retreats such as SNOGA and LIFE IS A BEACH.

THE SPA: It’s no surprise you need to book well in advance to get in for one of Cathy’s facials at CoreQuest. This is NO ORDINARY facial! She personalizes each treatment whether clinical, preventive or corrective to help each client achieve healthier, ageLESS skin along with teaching them how to care for their skin for long term results! BUT THE REAL SECRET SAUCE is in the indulgent pampering care she gives each client as they experience a relaxing acupressure hand, facial and scalp massage, customized aromatherapy, an amethyst far-infrared heated relaxation table...even guided breath work if she senses your bodies systems are on overdrive and need a little rebalancing.
