Rain arrives later today, with precipitation changing to snow Tuesday night and continuing through Wednesday night. This will likely result in hazardous travel, especially across north-central Wisconsin on Wednesday.

It’s the Eve of the annual gun hunt in Wisconsin, stay safe and always follow some simple rules. If you need help call 911 we are always a phone call away.

We want to thank all the departments who responded to the fire in Redgranite today. We were able to commit resources to both the fire and additional 911 calls in the county. Thank you to Berlin EMS and Marquette EMS for helping cover while we were on calls. We would also like to say thank you to dispatch for not just coordinating the resources but also anticipating the needs for EMS.

This weekend is homecoming for multiple schools in the area. Come out and support your local youth. Remember activities will be ongoing all weekend use extra caution and help everyone stay safe. WCEMS will be out in support of all our teams. Go Hornets, Penguins and Wildcats!
