Most people think shockwave is just… shockwave.

Same machine. Same treatment. Same result.

But that’s not actually how this works.

Every time you come in, I’m reassessing:
→ how the tissue responded
→ what changed
→ what showed up next

Because your body is not static.
And your treatment shouldn’t be either.

This isn’t a “run the protocol and hope” situation.

It’s:
what does your body need today to keep moving this forward?

That’s the difference between
temporary relief
and
actually fixing the problem.

And honestly… the cheaper option usually ends up costing more
in time, money, and frustration.

If you’re a runner… you probably have a pile of shoes somewhere.

When something starts to hurt, the first instinct is often:

“Maybe I just need a different shoe.”

The truth is, most running injuries actually start long before the pain shows up, and they’re usually not just a shoe problem.

Before I was a chiropractor helping runners… I was the injured runner.

Blisters.
Stress fractures.
Setbacks.

If you’ve been running long enough, you probably know the phase where nothing is technically injured… but something just doesn’t feel quite right anymore.

That’s actually where most running injuries begin.

I learned that the hard way over years of racing, recovering, and figuring out how the body really adapts to running.

Now I help runners catch those signals early so they can keep training instead of constantly restarting.

One of the biggest myths I see as a sports chiropractor is runners blaming their shoes when something starts hurting.

Most injuries actually start with small movement problems long before the pain shows up.
