Every once in a while, you get to be part of something that reminds you exactly why you do what you do.

At this year’s IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated athletes and ART providers in the world — including the incredible Carly Tu, who absolutely shines in this interview. Hearing her talk about how ART keeps athletes training, competing, and believing in what their bodies can do… it hits home.

Grateful to serve, grateful to learn, and grateful to help athletes chase finish lines they once thought were impossible.

Movement matters more than perfection.

I picked up my age group award this weekend with both kids along for the ride, and it reminded me why I care so much about helping people move well. Life is busy. Schedules are full. Bodies get stiff and sore. But a little bit of movement goes a long way.

You do not need the perfect day or the perfect plan. You need small moments where you choose to move. A short run. A walk with the kids. A few minutes to reset your body so you can feel strong again.

Tosa families. I am so excited to bring something new and joyful to our community this year.

On December 4 we are hosting the first ever Jingle Jog Tosa. This evening is all about movement, lights, connection, and doing something simple and fun before dinner and bedtime.

We will walk or jog two to three easy miles through the holiday lights. Strollers and kids welcome. Bring your holiday spirit and consider donating a new toy for Toys for Tots.

We will end together at Draft and Vessel for a cozy drink and a few festive prizes. Registration is required so I know how many people to expect.

I cannot wait to share this night with you.
