Did you know? October 6th to 12th is Active Aging Week.

Active Aging Week is presented by the International Council on Active Aging and sponsored by Humana. Active Aging Week is an annual weeklong campaign aimed at celebrating and highlighting the positive aspects of aging. Throughout the week, organizations around the country offer free wellness activities and exercise programs for older adults to participate in, with the goal of showcasing their age-friendly wellness programs and promoting a positive message of aging well.
