It’s that time of year again • Customer: “my green egg isn’t getting hot enough. Thinking about getting rid of it”

No need to get rid of it! A quick turn of the firebox, and you’ll be back in business!

Make sure to put your firebox back into your green egg properly after removing or cleaning the - the bottom cut out of the firebox should align with the bottom vent for maximum air flow!

Posted with • Somewhere deep in Alaska, three Grizzlies decided to crash the cookout.

One of our Eggheads returned to their cabin in mid-September to find the aftermath - grills flipped, gear scattered, and a whole lot of bear-sized chaos. The sow and her two cubs had been hanging around for several days, just as the cubs were starting to venture out on their own.

Thankfully no one was hurt, and the Egg? It’s already on its way to recovery.
