The mission of Life Navigators is to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Our Services Include:

Information and Education
Provides a variety of services that impact individuals with disabilities and their families. Search our Online Resource Guide for information on over 300 community resources. Self-Advocacy and Independence
Organizes opportunities for kids and adults to participate in community outings, educational trainings and volunteer opportunities. Trust Program
Offers planning assistance for the financial and service needs of individuals with disabilities to create bright futures. Guardianship
Secures the health, safety and happiness of individuals with disabilities who may not have a family member to provide this essential monitoring and support. Family Support
Connects families of kids and adults with disabilities to community resources and programs. Care Management Unit
Coordinates long-term care services for individuals with disabilities.

Life Navigators’ Family Support Program aims to support the immediate needs of families who have a loved one with special needs. Meet Samantha. A few years back, Samantha fell ill, resulting in her becoming a quadruple amputee. Determined to continue living life to the fullest, Samantha sought help from Life Navigators.

Through her Life Navigators Trust, Samantha was able to purchase a new, fully adaptive car that perfectly met her specifications. With her car, Samantha regained some independence that had been previously lost.

Watch Samantha's story as she describes the meaning of independence, why it is so important, and how Life Navigators helped her regain the independence she was looking for.

Life Navigators will be participating in the Community Inclusion Expo at the Jewish Community Center! Join us on Sunday, February 1st, from 10-3pm. This event is perfect for those who want to learn more about the different resources and organizations in the Greater Milwaukee Area that specialize in disability advocacy and care. As the seasons start to change and colder weather arrives, more than ever, individuals with disabilities need hygiene supplies to stay healthy. Your support of our allows us to keep our consumers healthy and happy during winter. These drives are run by community groups, schools, churches, businesses, etc, and are greatly appreciated by our consumers.
