Life Navigators The mission of Life Navigators is to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Our Services Include:

Information and Education
Provides a variety of services that impact individuals with disabilities and their families. Search our Online Resource Guide for information on over 300 community resources. Self-Advocacy and Independence
Organizes opportunities for kids and adults to participate in community outings, educational trainings and volunteer opportunities. Trust Program
Offers planning assistance for the financial and service needs of individuals with disabilities to create bright futures. Guardianship
Secures the health, safety and happiness of individuals with disabilities who may not have a family member to provide this essential monitoring and support. Family Support
Connects families of kids and adults with disabilities to community resources and programs. Care Management Unit
Coordinates long-term care services for individuals with disabilities.

Meet Malcolm. For the past year, Malcolm has been a student volunteer at our office, helping with various tasks. Malcolm is part of Next Steps, a Wauwatosa School District program that teaches young adults with disabilities the skills they need to live, work, and volunteer in our community. Since joining the program, Malcolm has thrived. He is a very eager worker and is always excited to come to our office.
