We’re hitting pause on the workouts for a second to introduce you to one of the newest powerhouses on the Ripple training floor 💪
Athena joined the Ripple community in December and jumped right in — drawn to the close-knit, supportive energy and the incredible humans who show up here every day. Her path to training was shaped by her own health and fitness journey, and now she’s passionate about helping women who feel overwhelmed by life build strength, confidence, and consistency through sustainable movement and habits (no extremes, no pressure).
Her routine? A smart blend of strength training + gentle movement like yoga, followed by stretching and some well-earned sauna or steam time 😌
Her philosophy? Consistency over perfection. Showing up imperfectly still counts — and it adds up.
Athena believes fitness isn’t just about how you feel right now, but about investing in your future self — building strength, mobility, and habits that support your quality of life for years to come. And if you’re nervous to start? She’s right there with you, offering motivation, support, and routines you’ll actually enjoy.
Fun fact you might not guess: Athena also serves part-time in the U.S. Air Force as a Crew Chief (aircraft mechanic) on C-130s ✈️🔥
