There could not have been a better room than Serenity for the serene birth of Authentic Baby #1408 this night. In the most intense moments of this mama’s fear that she may fail, the father whispered sweet prayers to keep her going. With this strong and steady encouragement and support, Baby made an entrance into the waters with face turned up while reaching up to the sky. What an honor to tuck you three in to rest easy under the stars tonight. Welcome to the Authentic family!

Authentic Baby #1407 was brought earthside after a marathon of a labor and birth, with the best prize at the finish line. Baby and Mama worked together with movement throughout this labor, encouraged by the steady support of Dad and their doula. This sweet one was born to endless cheering from an amazing birth team in the warm bed of the Nest at sunrise. We are thrilled to tuck them in under the stars for a well deserved breakfast and some rest. Welcome to the Authentic family!

Authentic Baby #1406 was eagerly anticipated by this experienced mom who was excited to birth in a different way. She leaned into this birth and welcomed the new sensations while riding the surges calmly and expertly. As the train rumbled by, one final push brought this sweet baby into Mom’s arms and the whole room celebrated. What an honor to witness this celebration and tuck this family in for a well deserved rest with the their new addition!

Authentic Baby #1405, sibling to #307, #486, #760, #968, and #1186, was born into Sophia's waters to this calm and experienced couple. Dad perfectly supported his wife as they welcomed baby in the strength of Jesus. Mom trusted her body and, in the perfect time, Baby came earthside and calmly looked up into her eyes. It is always an honor to serve this family; welcome back once again!

Authentic baby #1404 was birthed bright-eyed into the warm waters of the Nest, the same room that older sibling #605 was welcomed into years ago. This mama worked intuitively with both her body and her baby while receiving loving support from her husband and friends. This dad often reminded Mom of her strength, knowing exactly what she needed to hear. What an honor to walk alongside your growing family. May you 3 rest in bliss under

This first time momma knew her time had come to meet her beautiful baby, Authentic Baby #1403. Surrounded by her family and doula, this momma brought her baby into this world with quiet strength. Baby made their bold entrance into the arms of Dad while underneath the stars of Serenity. What an honor to serve this family and welcome them into ours. ✨

It’s been a busy few weeks here at Authentic! A sincere thanks to all of the families who have entrusted us with their care. Thank you for allowing us into this intimate space, thank you for the shared laughter and tears, the late night pizza, the fresh flowers, the baby snuggles...We say it often, but it truly is an honor to walk alongside each of your families.
