Baby #1437 was born to these joyful first time parents in the Nest with a swift burst of strength following a moment of rest, reminding us all to respect the peace in birth. When Mama leaned into her instincts, she was able to arrive at the sweet moment of union with her baby. Tears of joy were shared between Mom and Dad as they celebrated their tiny new tiny gift. Knowing just when it was time to come in, this mom headed for the center and delivered her sweet babe. Ready to ease back into exercise postpartum? And have fun with your littles? In Mommy & Me Yoga, you will bond with your little ones as we explore breath, mindful movement and stillness together. Explore various breathwork techniques, move gently, rebuild strength and stamina slowly, find appropriate stretches for your body, connect to your pelvic floor and find rest for body and mind. You will spend time connecting to your little ones and reconnecting to yourself all while having fun! Best for ages 6 weeks-toddler but up to age five welcome.
