We want to extend a huge thank you to each of you for your support this year — you’ve helped The Wave grow into who we are today! In 2025, we opened our brand-new fitness center, hosted so many amazing events, started some new fitness classes, brought in college athletes to lead camps, welcomed so many new members to our community, and so much more!

I’m so thankful for this amazing family and their kind words! It’s been a joy helping their son stay healthy, strong, and doing what he loves. Watching Waverly High School athletes work hard—both on and off the field—is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Keeping our student-athletes pain-free, performing at their best, and understanding how to take care of their bodies is what it’s all about.

Rehab vs Performance — the difference isn’t just the exercise, it’s the intention behind it.

In rehab, the goal is slow, controlled movement with a huge focus on stability and motor control.
Why? Because athletes are really good at compensating. We can power through reps, move fast, and make things “look” easy… even when something isn’t working the way it should.

When we slow things down and demand control, that’s when dysfunction shows up.
That’s where real change happens.

✨ If you want to perform at your highest level, you have to own movement — not rush through it.

This week, Invigorating Motion Physical Therapy is honored to sponsor the fundraiser for Anabella’s kindergarten teacher, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

As a mom and small business owner, this one hits close to home. Teachers pour so much love, energy, and dedication into our kids every day and now it’s our turn to give that love and support back to her. 💪

We’ll be set up outside Lighthouse Boutique to help raise funds and awareness stop by, say hello, and join us in showing this amazing teacher she’s not fighting alone. 💞
