Creativity was abound at Bartels last week! Team members painted pumpkins and it was another great, creative year. Residents voted for their favorites and there was a tie for both 1st place and 2nd place pumpins! 1st place winners are....Mio the Cat and Olaf the Snowman! 2nd place winners are....Pillsbury Doughboy and the Fish Bowl! 🌽 Awww Schucks... It’s That Time of Year! 🌽 Sweet corn season is officially here, and our Bartels residents were all ears! With husks flying and laughter echoing, they rolled up their sleeves and dove into the delicious task of corn shucking.

💍 A moment to remember! 101-year-old James Kerr was all smiles during a heartwarming visit at Bartels from his great-granddaughter, Isabelle Daniels, and her new husband—just one day after their wedding. 👰🤵

The newlyweds lovingly dressed back up in their wedding attire so Jim could share in the joy and see them in all their bridal-day glory. It was a beautiful gesture that made this milestone even more meaningful. 💚🎉

💚The Bartels team recently made a 💦SPLASH💦 with a staff fundraiser with a good old fashioned dunk tank to coincide with National Senior Citizens Day!

All funds💰raised went toward the Good Shepherd Fund (charity care to assist residents who have exhausted their assets).

🎯Thanks to all of the staff, residents, family and friends who hit the bullseye🎯 and helped us raise over $1200.💰💚
