Community Services Program Relocating to 528 S. West Street in Piketon to Improve Client Access

The Community Action Committee of Pike County (CAC) is pleased to announce that the Community Services Program, including Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) and Housing staff, will be relocating to a new facility located at 528 S. West Street, Piketon, by the end of October.

This move is taking place just ahead of the HEAP Winter Crisis Program, which begins November 1, 2025, ensuring the program will continue operating smoothly and without interruption for local residents in need of energy assistance during the colder months.
The relocation underscores CAC’s ongoing commitment to improving access to essential resources and support services for Pike County residents. The new location will serve as the central hub for the Community Services Program, providing a more accessible and convenient point for clients seeking assistance with utilities, housing stability, and other community resources.

“This move is designed to provide easier access to the Community Services Program for members of our community who may struggle with transportation,” said Keith Pitts, President and CEO of the Community Action Committee of Pike County. “This new location offers better accessibility and helps clients reach the services they depend on more easily. This transition is a real benefit to the people we serve, as it strengthens our ability to respond quickly and effectively to their needs.”
