Abdominal release technique, also called diaphragmatic release, helps the broad ligament relax, giving the baby more room to get into position for labor. It’s suggested whenever there is a fetal malposition, heartburn that repeats, or the pregnant person feels uncomfortable or in pain when the baby kicks. Some midwives use this technique at each prenatal visit in pregnancy to reduce posterior presentations.

You can perform an abdominal release any time. It can be done weekly, once only, in pregnancy, and/or in early labor. This simple fascial technique can be learned by a partner or a friend.

It took till my third baby to understand the importance of breastfeeding. Unfortunately HE decided he was done at 8 months of age. I was NOT ready to stop. We bonded so much. It was our special time together that NO ONE could or will ever replace.

Breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world! Good created or bodies to provide the nourishment for our babies. What do you think was done for thousands of years before formula and bottles?

So often we go to the doctor trusting that our best interest is in mind. Unfortunately we live in a society where beliefs and morals are sometimes run by the love of money. This love of money can sometimes sway care providers to recommend procedures, push medications, or shorten our time with them.

When it comes to making decisions about my health, I now know I don't have to solely trust my care provider. I can do my research, get second opinions, go to another doctor if that one doesn't line up with my beliefs.

TRUE informed consent gives me ALL of the information I need to make the best decisions for me. That's what a class will give you.
