Hello everyone, my name is Rafael Martinez. I joined the team here at CHMC in 2020, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect as I was transitioning from a manufacturing background. This was my first role in healthcare, and I’m grateful I chose this career path. I truly enjoy helping my patients and being part of their journey—from feeling unwell and in pain to feeling better and pain-free.
I love my team I work with, we are like family. Speaking of family, I’d like to introduce mine. I have an amazing wife Esme of 26 years, two handsome sons Ralph and Tony, and two beautiful daughters Krysta and Kenz. We love spending time together, especially going on family vacations. Some of our favorite activities include dancing, listening to music, and enjoying cookouts. My family means everything to me.
