Breastfeeding Tip:
Breastfeeding can truly work when you know the ins and outs! Once your baby starts sleeping longer stretches — or you have doula support overnight — it’s tempting to soak in that full night’s rest (you deserve it!). But remember, skipping a pump or nursing session can affect your milk supply.

As your doula, I’ll take care of washing your pump parts and labeling bottles, so when you’re done, all you need to do is rest. Keeping up with night sessions makes all the difference in maintaining your supply and your breastfeeding goals.
