Southeast Health District The Southeast Health District is one of 18 Georgia Department of Public Health districts.

The Southeast Health District consists of 16 counties: Appling, Atkinson, Bacon, Brantley, Bulloch, Candler, Charlton, Clinch, Coffee, Evans, Jeff Davis, Pierce, Tattnall, Toombs, Ware and Wayne. Our goal is to share ideas and information with as many individuals as possible, and our policy is to accept comments made to our profile. While we encourage those who visit our page(s) to share thoughts and opinions on our Southeast Health District and county-specific health department pages, we expect that this will be done in a respectful manner.
