We loved welcoming the Ware County Middle School Choir this past Wednesday! 🎶 Their beautiful singing brought so much joy to our residents and truly brightened the day.

A special moment came when the students learned it was our resident Ms. Head’s birthday and surprised her by singing just for her — a memory she will surely cherish.

Thank you for sharing your talent and kindness with us. We can’t wait to have you back again soon!

February may be the shortest month of the year, but we sure packed it full of fun here at Baptist Village Plantation Suites! ❤️

We wrapped up the month with a wonderful party filled with laughter, sweet treats, and great company. There’s nothing better than seeing our residents gathered together, sharing stories, and making memories.

We also enjoyed a creative craft time that brought out everyone’s artistic side. From colorful designs to lots of smiles, it was such a joy watching our residents create something special with their own hands.

Moments like these remind us that every day is an opportunity to celebrate, connect, and have a little fun along the way. We are so grateful for our amazing residents and staff who make each month so special! ✨

Because of YOU, the residents of the J. Olan Jones Healthcare Center received an incredible 1,499 Valentine cards. 🎉📬 That’s 1,499 messages of love. 1,499 reminders that they are seen, valued, and cherished.

Each envelope carried more than a card — it carried kindness, warmth, and connection. 💕 Whether you’re a friend, family member, church group, classroom, or community organization, you helped turn Valentine’s Day into something truly unforgettable.

The smiles, the laughter, the joyful tears — they are real. And they matter. ❤️

💙 A Thoughtful Gift for Our Residents 💙

Ms. Holli Sweat, Administrator, on behalf of The J. Olan Jones Healthcare Center, was delighted to receive a special donation of calendars from Mr. Jerry Buckley and Mr. Derek Harrison of The Waycross Magazine.

Thanks to their generosity, every resident will now have a calendar in their room—and these aren’t just any calendars! Each one features beautiful images of familiar and beloved locations right here in the Waycross area. 🌅

We are truly grateful to Mr. Buckley and Mr. Harrison for thinking of our residents and helping bring a little local beauty into their daily lives. Thank you for making a difference!

Great staff + great work + ZERO deficiencies = reward time! 🎉☕🐔

On Tuesday and Wednesday, January 27–28, Baptist Village staff were treated to a large, made-to-order coffee from Red Oak Coffee Company and a warm, delicious chicken biscuit—because excellence deserves fuel.

Red Oak Coffee Company (out of Nicholls, GA) is run by amazing people, and their coffee? Let’s just say… we’re already hoping they come back. 😄
It may have been cold outside, but it was perfect weather for great coffee and gratitude.

A big thank you to Dr. Eric and everyone who helped make this happen. Well done, team—you earned it!
