We’re Hiring: Call Center Admissions & Intake Coordinator

Provive Wellness is growing, and we are looking for a strong communicator to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking help.

This is not a typical call center role. Every call represents someone looking for support in mental health or substance use treatment. The right candidate will manage inbound calls generated through SEO and PPC campaigns, conduct initial screenings, guide prospective clients through the intake process, coordinate documentation, schedule assessments, and ensure a seamless transition into care.

This role directly impacts:
• Client access to treatment
• First impressions and trust
• Operational flow and census growth

We’re seeking someone who is organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to balance compassion with structure. Experience in healthcare admissions, behavioral health, CRM/EHR systems, or insurance verification is strongly preferred.
