Arbor Ridge is proud to keep our community moving, one beat, one laugh, and step at a time!

Together with the Wayne Police Athletic League, we danced and drummed to the rhythms of our Signature SAMBA Fitness program with over 100 seniors from the Golden Ages Circle to celebrate life, music, and meaningful connections.

Samba Fitness fuses cardio and upbeat music to keep our residents active and healthy by:
- Improving cardiovascular capacity
- Increasing overall muscle strength and endurance
- Enhancing motor control, performance, and agility
- Relieving stress and socializing

The Arbor Ridge team enjoyed a wonderful week of community connections!

We were proud to co-sponsor a Farmer's Market with Sunrise Senior Living of Wayne featuring fresh produce from Farm's View and local vendors, to benefit the Alzheimer's Association.

Then we joined Diane Bromberg-Stern of the Senior Resource Group and The Golden Age Group for a day of  and smoothies!

To close out the week, we hosted a pizza hour at Brightview Senior Living in Wayne!
