Join us Sunday, March 15, 22, and 29 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM for a 3-week Mat Pilates Foundations series designed for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their form. For just $10 per session ($15 for non-members), you’ll receive a structured, personalized introduction to the classical principles inspired by Joseph Pilates.

This small-group experience is limited to 8 participants to ensure individual attention and real progress. Each week builds on the last, helping you develop strong foundations, workshop exercises tailored to you, and confidently build your own practice with strength and flow.

Open to members and non-members. We recommend registering for all three sessions to experience the full progression.
