Welcome to the team, Maria!

We’re so excited to have her join our community. Maria brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to yoga, shaped by her training through the YogaLife Institute and her previous career in the medical field. Her background gives her a unique perspective on the connection between physical health and mental well-being, and she’s passionate about creating a supportive space for everyone, no matter where they are in their journey.

Outside of the studio, Maria enjoys hiking, getting creative with knitting, and spending time with her family, including her two daughters and her rescue dog, Chester.

You can flow with Maria in Gentle Yoga every Thursday at 8:00 AM starting tomorrow. Be sure to give her a warm welcome when you see her in class!

Welcome to the team, Lisa! Lisa is a certified 200-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching since 2007. She leads a variety of styles including vinyasa, gentle, yin, hatha, power, restorative, and meditation. Lisa has also completed training in meditation and workshops focused on yoga for trauma, athletes, addiction recovery, and teens, and has taught in corporate and school settings. Join us Sunday, March 15, 22, and 29 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM for a 3-week Mat Pilates Foundations series designed for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their form. For just $10 per session ($15 for non-members), you’ll receive a structured, personalized introduction to the classical principles inspired by Joseph Pilates.

This small-group experience is limited to 8 participants to ensure individual attention and real progress. Each week builds on the last, helping you develop strong foundations, workshop exercises tailored to you, and confidently build your own practice with strength and flow.

Open to members and non-members. We recommend registering for all three sessions to experience the full progression.
