Join us on Memorial Day, Monday May 25 at 10:00 AM as our personal training team leads the Murph Challenge, a Hero workout honoring Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and fallen service members across the country.

This workout includes a one-mile run, 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups (TRX rows available), 10 push-ups (kneeling options available), and 15 squats, followed by another one-mile run. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided.

After the workout, stick around as we come together for a community picnic on the outdoor turf to celebrate the hard work and honor the day together.
