This month's Department of the Month is Outpatient and Radiology!
👩⚕️The Outpatient Specialty Services team provides care for a wide range of patients, including those receiving rehab, infusions, transfusions, chemotherapy, specialty medications, and respiratory services. They focus on safe, efficient care while educating patients on their conditions and treatments. By coordinating with providers and other facilities, they ensure continuity of care and improved patient outcomes. The department exemplifies all of PMC’s values, with a strong emphasis on Excellence. Its team of 13 full-time RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Respiratory Therapists brings over 210 years of combined experience at Providence Medical Center. This depth of knowledge reflects a strong commitment to the facility, our patients, and one another.
🩻 Our Radiology team plays a central role in patient care by providing accurate imaging-based insights that support diagnosis and guide treatment. This ensures precise patient care while helping the hospital operate more efficiently and safely.
The Radiology staff are continually advancing their education, whether by learning new imaging modalities or deepening their expertise in those they already practice. This ongoing commitment ensures that we can provide the highest quality and most accessible care to our patients.
