Kinetic Home Therapy Services is a clinician-owned outpatient practice providing skilled therapy in patients’ homes and assisted living communities throughout Passaic County.

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who wants structure, autonomy, and long-term growth within a stable, expanding organization.

💼 Compensation & Structure:

✔ $88K–$92K Salary
✔ $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
✔ Health Insurance
✔ 401(k) with Company Match
✔ Structured caseload based on 32 visits per week
✔ Quarterly productivity bonus available
✔ Strong referral base & consistent volume

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and establish plans of care
• Provide skilled one-on-one outpatient PT in homes & assisted living communities
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation
• Collaborate with PTA and administrative team

✅ Requirements:

• Active NJ PT License
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical reasoning & communication
• Home care experience preferred (not required)

Kinetic Home Therapy Services is a clinician-owned Medicare Part B outpatient practice providing high-quality therapy services directly in patients’ homes and assisted living communities throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties.

We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field while staying closely connected with our clinical team.

This is a structured salaried role — not per diem — with clear expectations and long-term growth opportunity.

💼 Position Details:

• Salary: $78K–$82K annually
• Based on maintaining an average of 32 visits per week
• Quarterly productivity bonus available
• Mileage reimbursement
• Supportive clinical leadership
• Growing company with real advancement potential

Bonus Structure:
33–34 visit weekly average → $5 per visit above 32
(Productivity measured quarterly to account for cancellations.)

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled PTA services in homes and ALFs
• Implement treatment plans established by supervising PT
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation
• Communicate consistently with therapists and admin team

✅ Requirements:

• Active NJ PTA License
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
