It moves toward what feels familiar and safe. (We are always looking to feel safe.)

đ«When you vividly imagine something with emotion, your brain activates the same neural pathways as if itâs already happening.
It doesnât recognise the difference.
Add feeling, and your nervous system feels safe.
This is why gratitude work (and why future gratitude is so powerful when done properly)

âĄïžDonât try to feel grateful for something that hasnât happened yet from a place of desire.
That feels unsafe to the body (and then doesnât happen!)
đčInstead:
1. Drop into a real memory that already activates the feelings you desire more ofâŠeg love/freedom/bliss/
2. Let your body fully feel that state.
3. From there, allow your future desire to sit inside that same feeling.
