Providence Wellness Center Brand New State of the Art Fitness Center The facility is staffed with professional Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and a Health Coach.

After nearly 20 years of service to the Wayne Community, Providence Wellness Center is out of the basement and in our own brand new STATE OF THE ART facility filled with top of the line equipment including treadmills, Arc Trainers, Expresso Bikes, Strength Equipment, Free Weights, CT-8 Fitness Training System and much much more. Group Fitness classes such as Boot Camps, Yoga, Body Sculpting, Youth Sport Enhancement, Senior Fitness run every day.

Winter Reset Challenge - Week 1 Helpful Tips! 💪

Use Consistent Cues: We all need a reminder. A cue is anything that can help you remember your exercise and movement habit. Put your shoes by the door, lay your clothes out the night before, set an alarm to remind you to get up and walk throughout your day.

Start Small: Think Stepping Stones... not Boulders. Don’t set yourself up for failure by creating too lofty of goals right away. Instead of aiming for an hour workout every day, start with a goal of 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 days a week.

Keep it Social: Find a workout buddy or group fitness class to help keep you accountable.
