First experience in Africa. Arrived at Nairobi airport baggage claim(in a large temporary tent). Suddenly, we are not in Kansas anymore 😅. Got to work with beautiful, kind and appreciative people of Kenya. First stop, village hospital. Worked with the local healthcare providers and distributed 20 water filters. Each will provide clean drinking water for a family for five years. preventing communicable diseases, such as dysentery, cholera, and guinea worm, etc. rather than treating the diseases and complication.

Don't let glycation shorten your days😅. I'm working on this for myself also. Continous glucose monitors(CGM's) can help you see these spikes with diffrent foods AND different time of consumption(worst late at night)
