Yesterday, the commissioners had the great pleasure to wish a very HAPPY 104th BIRTHDAY to John "Rocky" Rockwell! Rocky is an Air Force Veteran who served in WWII and was stationed in Burma and India. Like a true veteran, Rocky still makes his bed every morning, keeps a regimented schedule, and ensures his belongings are organized. Happy Birthday good sir and may God continue to bless you!

What a fantastic Trick or Treat Night! 🧙‍♀️ Awards went to the best staff and trick-or-treater costumes, plus funniest, scariest, and coolest.
