Please note… the HFPC Couch to 5k class scheduled for tonight is cancelled. The workout for tonight is 26 minutes of 30sec/30sec walk/run intervals with a 5 minute warmup and 5 minute cooldown. See you Thursday at 4:30 pm for workout number two of the week!!!

Our offices will open at 9:00am tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27th, to allow staff and patients to arrive safely. If you have an appointment prior to 9, you can call the office to reschedule if you haven’t already heard from a member of our staff.

Due to road conditions our office will be closed Monday, January 26th. Please be safe if you must be out in the cold and on hazardous roads. The warming center being managed by the Pulaski County Homeless Coalition & MERC will remain open. Watch their page for updates on the 24/7 warming center.
