Great information for those battling pain daily….

Inflammation is your body’s normal response to injury or⁠ attack. Let’s say you cut your finger. Your immune system⁠ is immediately triggered to fight off any dangerous germs⁠ the cut lets in. Or let’s say you sprained your ankle. Your⁠ immune system is immediately triggered to deal with the⁠ internal damage. White blood cells pour into the area to⁠ kill off germs and remove debris; chemical signals tell⁠ your body to activate other defenses, like making your⁠ blood clot faster. Today was delivery day to the 4 families that Thrive Chiropractic adopted for Thanksgiving. In partnership with Morning Star Baptist Church and many patients from the practice, we were able to answer many prayers.

A full meal including turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans, rolls and pumpkin pie with whipped cream. There was also many gift cards added to help with the meal and get each family started on their Christmas shopping. Thanks to all of you who helped. There were tears shed and many thank yous from the families. God showed up big and used us all to give these families a big hug and lots of hope. I love my patients.
