At Perimeter Healthcare, we offer specialized inpatient psychiatric care for adults 50+ experiencing late-life mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or psychosis. 🌟 Proud Moment for Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri! 🌟

We’re excited to share a snapshot from the Power of Us Conference hosted by the Missouri Coalition for Children! This incredible event brought together leaders and advocates from across the state with one shared goal: collaboration that changes lives.

We are so proud of our therapists Ms. Nina, Ms. Emma, and our CEO Dr. Anthony, who each presented on powerful and transformative topics. Their voices, passion, and dedication to advocacy continue to elevate the work we do every day.

Today was a full and meaningful day for our Perimeter teams. We were out in the community at the Chamber of Commerce Luncheon and connecting with future leaders at the Laquey School Career Day.

We are so proud of our amazing staff who show up with passion, purpose, and heart in every space they enter. Thank you for elevating the voice of the work we do and, most importantly, who we do it for.

🎉 CARE Champions of the Month: October, November & December 🎉

As we approach the end of the year, we’re closing out strong by celebrating three incredible staff members who were chosen directly by the voice of the children within our Neurodevelopmental Program. The consensus was clear — these three shining stars embody the very heart of Perimeter’s CARE values:

💜 Ms. Hallie – Compassion
Our youth shared that Ms. Hallie is “always willing to sit in the storm.” Her ability to show empathy and understanding, even in the hardest moments, reminds our youth that they are seen, heard, and valued.

💪 Mrs. Toryana – Empowerment
One youth said it best: “When you don’t have a mom in your life, Mrs. Toryana sure makes me feel like a mom is taking care of me when I get hurt.” She inspires courage and confidence in others — encouraging them to take on challenges big and small, even when they’re scary.

✅ Mr. Lucas – Accountability
Our youth said, “He makes sure we keep our rooms clean and is always willing to advocate for our needs.” Mr. Lucas leads by example, showing consistency, care, and reliability in every interaction.

These three staff have been instrumental in the success of our Neurodevelopmental Program this year, and our youth wanted to scream from the rooftops how much they appreciate all that they do.

Watching someone you love go through a crisis is never easy. 💙

The most important thing you can do is be there—listen without judgment, offer reassurance, and encourage them to seek help when needed.

If things don’t seem to be getting better, we recommend finding the nearest Perimeter Healthcare facility for professional support. You and your loved one don’t have to go it alone.
