Lauren, thank you for having the vision, courage, and dedication to create Full Spectrum from the ground up. What started as an idea and a mission has grown into a place where children are supported, families feel valued, and meaningful progress happens every day. Your leadership has helped shape not only the services we provide, but also the culture we’re proud to be a part of, which is rooted in compassion, growth, and teamwork.

Because of your commitment and passion, Full Spectrum has become more than a clinic. It’s a community. You continue to lead with heart, advocate for what’s best for our clients, and inspire those around you to strive for excellence.

We wrapped up our last community outing of the year at Imagination Station in Lafayette 💜 These moments matter because they allow us to get out into the community, build connections, and give our kids opportunities to explore, engage, and experience the world around them.
