A LITTLE UPDATE ON THE FLOORS — AND THE WHY BEHIND IT.

A couple of months ago, we installed new floors in the treating rooms — one of those quiet “creeping elegance” changes that felt really right for where we’re headed.

And now that we’ve been living in the space for a bit, the meaning behind it feels even clearer:

Fresh flooring has brought a softness and calm into the rooms.
It’s made the clinic feel more grounded, more welcoming, and more aligned with the level of intention we bring to every visit.

It wasn’t just an upgrade — it was a choice to keep evolving for you and your kids.

Here are the guidelines for storing your breast milk so you never forget! Print it off, put it on your fridge, make it into a magnet - whatever you’d like!

If you don’t know what to do with the milk that you can “no longer use” use it as:
• breast milk bath
• save it for jewelry
• freeze it into milk cubes and rub it on cuts and scrapes
• use it in their nose and ears if they are congested
• use it on their head for cradle cap
