As fall comes to a close and the last colors linger in the trees, we’re reminded of the quiet beauty in change. 🍂

Just like the seasons, the road to recovery is full of transformation — moments of growth, stillness, challenge, and grace. Here at The Retreat, we get to witness people discovering themselves again, one meaningful step at a time.

With winter on the horizon, we hold close the warmth, hope, and renewal that this season has brought. Grateful for every person finding their way, and for the courage it takes to begin again.

Here’s to new seasons, new beginnings, and the gentle reminder that healing has its own rhythm.

What an incredible few days at the MARRCH Conference! 🎉

We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow alongside so many passionate addiction professionals from across Minnesota. Sharing space with people who are deeply committed to healing, recovery, and community renewal is always inspiring — and this week was no exception.

A huge thank-you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, attended sessions, and engaged in meaningful conversations with us. The energy, dedication, and compassion in this field continue to fuel our mission at The Retreat, and we are honored to be part of such a strong and passionate community.

What an amazing night at the !

We were honored to come together in support of the Steve Rummler HOPE Network — an organization committed to saving lives, ending the stigma of addiction, and providing hope for individuals impacted by chronic pain, substance-use disorder, and the opioid crisis.

Through education, advocacy and overdose-prevention programs, SRHN is making a measurable difference in our communities. Thank you to everyone who came out, supported the mission, and helped raise the funds that will go toward free naloxone kits, fentanyl and xylazine test strips, and training for families, schools and professionals.

Together, we are showing that hope is real, recovery is possible, and no one has to face this alone.
