The purpose of this site is to present matters of public interest at PCHD, including its many residents, businesses and visitors to Parker County. k, comments, and concerns, but please note this is a moderated online discussion site and not a public forum. The following 8 things do not have First Amendment Protection, covered but Constitutional Laws:

Promoting illegal discrimination (content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, genetics, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or intellectual disability or sexual orientation)

8. Copyright of another (includes copyright and trademarked material)
However, please note, there are things that will be taken down due to the aforementioned laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that could be considered discriminatory, illegal, obscene, misleading or fraudulent, spam, or any content that may breach intellectual property rights of another. This Social Media Account will be monitored regularly, but we cannot guarantee responses to all posts or questions. The Social Media Account administrator will endeavor to respond to comments/questions where relevant only during business hours. Please note that the comments expressed on this site do not reflect the opinions and position of PCHD or its officers and employees. Failure to comply with the standard of constitutional laws mentioned above may result in your comments being reported or removed and your access to this page being removed permanently. If there are repeated violations, then PCHD may ban participation on platforms that permit organizations to ban users.
