I sat down with 2 new nurses and recorded everything.

They're both just getting launched with ODW.

And they had the same questions most of you have:

"How do I get more awareness?"
"How do I show up on Google Maps?"
"How do I post on Facebook without getting flagged?"
"How do I use local groups to get clients without being salesy?"

So I hit record and walked them through it.

Step by step.

Here's what we covered:

→ How to optimize your personal Facebook profile so clients trust you before they ever reach out
→ The business page mistakes that make you look like a side hustle (and how to fix them in 15 minutes)
→ How to set up your Google My Business profile—even if you're mobile only
→ The exact way to use local Facebook groups to get clients without selling
→ How to use ChatGPT to write compliant, Facebook-safe posts (so you don't get flagged or sued)
→ Why "mom groups" in your area are secretly a goldmine for wellness clients

This is the EXACT coaching I do with our nurses inside ODW.

But I recorded it so anyone could watch.

If you're launching—or you've launched and you're struggling with awareness—this video is for you.

How RNs Launch (and Grow) a Compliant, Profitable IV Clinic in 30 Days (Without the Medical Director Hunt, Compliance Confusion, or Months of Research)

There’s only ONE reason you should be researching how to launch and grow a wellness business:

To actually launch and grow it.

That’s it.

The entire purpose of research is to get clarity so you can take action, launch your clinic, and start serving clients.

But far too many nurses are stuck researching with a completely different outcome…

They ask questions in Facebook groups like this, they watch YouTube videos, they talk to other nurses, and they might even become experts on the topic, but they are rewarded with “more confusion” and “more questions,” NOT a launched business.

You cannot build a business on research and good intentions.

Your plan HAS TO lead to action, otherwise your business will never exist.

And that’s what this “30-Day Launch Roadmap” training is all about…

We’re going to walk through the exact 30-day roadmap so that you can pinpoint what needs to happen (and in what order) to launch a fully compliant, profitable IV clinic… without the medical director hunt or months of compliance confusion.

If you’re an RN, NP, or PA who’s been thinking about starting a wellness business, you need this roadmap so you can stop spinning your wheels and start serving clients right away.

Any licensed medical professional can use the launch system I’m going to reveal.

Don’t miss this.

👉 We’ll be live-streaming the training right here in the group.

Most nurses don’t struggle with IVs.

They struggle with everything around the IV.

Because no one teaches you how to actually run a mobile visit like a pro.

So what happens?

You get a call…
You show up…
You’re missing supplies…
You didn’t screen properly…
You’re doing paperwork on the spot…

And the whole experience feels… sloppy.

Not premium.
Not professional.
Not scalable.

And deep down, you know it.

Here’s the truth:

The nurses who win in the mobile IV space aren’t just good clinically…

They have a tight process.

→ They ask the right questions before the visit
→ They screen for contraindications early (so no wasted time)
→ They get paperwork + GFE done before showing up
→ They bring extra supplies (because things always come up)
→ They control the environment when they walk into the home
→ They document everything like a professional
→ And they even know how to increase revenue during the visit

That’s the difference.

It’s not talent.

It’s not luck.

It’s structure.

We just dropped a new video breaking down the exact step-by-step process of how to run a mobile IV visit the right way — from the first phone call to walking out of the client’s home.

If you’re doing mobile IVs… or planning to…

You need to see this.

Most people think they need a clinic, staff, and a full schedule to make real money in IV therapy.

Not true.

You can clear $100K a year in profit doing 1–2 IVs a day.

Let that sink in.

This isn’t about grinding.

It’s about understanding the math and designing your model right.

đź’‰ The $100K Reality Check

Lets say you average:

$150 profit per IV

You need about 667 IVs per year

That’s:

✔️ ~56 per month
✔️ ~13 per week
✔️ ~1.8 per day

If your margins are stronger at $200 profit per IV:

Now you only need 500 IVs per year

That’s:

✔️ ~42 per month
✔️ ~10 per week
✔️ ~1.4 per day

That’s not a packed clinic… that’s a smart, lean mobile business.

Where Most People Get This Wrong

They think:
“I just need more patients.”

Nope.

You need:
Better margins + efficient scheduling + the right offers

Because 2 IVs at $200 profit beats 5 IVs at $75 profit every day of the week.

The Real Levers That Get You There

🔹 Pricing

Basic hydration = low margin
Specialty drips = premium profit

🔹Offer Design

Memberships
Packages
Event bookings
Concierge days

🔹Efficiency

Cluster appointments by location
Reduce drive time
Upsell add-ons while you’re already there

Here’s the part nobody talks about…

You don’t need to “blow up” to make great money.

You need:

✔️ A predictable flow of bookings
✔️ Profitable service design
✔️ A schedule that makes sense geographically

Do that…

…and suddenly $100K+ profit doesn’t require burnout, staff headaches, or a storefront lease.

It requires 1–2 great clients a day.

That’s a business. That’s freedom. That’s leverage.

Most people don’t have a lead problem.
They have a confidence and marketing problem.

And the worst part?
They don’t even realize it.

Here’s what usually happens…

You start your business.
You’re excited.
You post a few things.
Maybe run an event.

You get a small spike of clients…

And then it flatlines.

So you start thinking:
“I need more leads.”
“I need better strategies.”
“I need to figure out the algorithm.”

No.

You need to do more reps.

Because confidence isn’t something you wait for…
👉 It’s something you build through repetition.

Confidence = being willing to be uncomfortable.

That’s it.

Posting when you feel awkward
Talking to people when you’d rather stay quiet
Showing up when you don’t feel ready

That’s how it’s built.

And marketing?

It’s just a numbers game.

The more:
People you talk to
Content you put out
Events you show up to
Conversations you start

…the more chances you have to get clients.

Simple.
Not easy. But simple.

Most businesses don’t fail because the owner isn’t capable.

They fail because the owner isn’t doing enough of the right things… consistently.

They “try” marketing.
They don’t commit to it.

Big difference.

If you want more clients:
Stop overthinking.
Stop waiting to feel ready.
Stop trying to be perfect.

Start doing.

Because the people who win in this game?

They’re not the smartest.
They’re just the ones willing to show up… over and over again… until it works.

And it always does.

Quick question…
Do you feel like you’re doing enough reps right now?

If not, watch this:

Most nurses don’t have a business problem.

They have a belief problem.

Because deep down…
They already know they want something different.

They’re just stuck in the loop of:
“What if it doesn’t work?”
“What if I mess it up?”
“What if I’m not ready yet?”

But here’s what’s interesting…

I just interviewed a nurse with 26+ years of experience who felt the exact same way.

She watched healthcare shift from helping people…
to pushing them through a system that didn’t feel aligned anymore.

And eventually, she hit a point where she couldn’t ignore it.

So she did something most people never do…

She stepped into the unknown.

No perfect plan.
No guarantees.
Just a decision to figure it out.

Fast forward to today:
She now runs her own IV therapy & wellness business…
Helping people actually feel better…
On her terms.

And here’s the part most people miss…

It didn’t take years.
It didn’t take some crazy complicated strategy.

It took:
→ Getting around the right support
→ Taking imperfect action
→ And pushing through the fear

Because fear is always loudest…
Right before the breakthrough.

If you’re sitting there right now thinking:
“There has to be more than this…”

You’re probably right.

Stop trying to sell.

Start educating.

That’s the shift.

Most people just post and hope…
But the ones who win engage, teach, and show up.

Your network → your socials → your conversations.

Because random posts don’t build trust…

Connection does.

NURSES: Here’s the actual checklist for starting your IV therapy business (no fluff)

I see the same questions every week about what’s actually required to get compliant and start serving clients, so here’s the real breakdown:

The Non-Negotiables:

âś… Medical Director - They supervise your practice and sign off on what you can do under their license. (NPs in some states are exempt)
✅ MD Contract - Spells out exactly what you can and can’t do. If you’re an NP, you’ll need a prescriptive authority agreement too.
✅ MSO/MSA Contract - If you’re in a corporate practice of medicine state (like Texas), this is how you legally get paid. The money flows through the doctor. Non-CPOM states like Florida?

You’re good without this.

✅ Practice Insurance - Get at least $3M/$1M coverage and add your doctors as additional insured. This isn’t optional.
âś… Signed Protocols - Every IV, injection, GLP-1, peptide... ALL of it needs signed protocols from your medical director. Update them yearly.
âś… HIPAA-Compliant EMR - You need somewhere legit to store charting, consent forms, all of it.
âś… Good Faith Exams - Gone are the days of standing protocols. Get a service that does good faith exams for a fee. Your clients get cleared for a year (sometimes less for things like GLP-1s).

This is HUGE for compliance.

The Often-Overlooked Stuff:

🔍 Call your health department and city - requirements vary wildly. Mobile or brick-and-mortar, just call and ask what they need.
🔍 State-specific rules - Some states don’t let RNs compound/mix. Some require a doctor or NP on-site or within a certain distance. Some have telehealth restrictions. KNOW YOUR STATE.
🔍 If you’re doing aesthetics - example: in Texas, your medical director needs to be registered with TDLR. In Florida, they typically need to be a derm or plastics doctor with distance requirements.

If You’re Going Mobile:

You’ll need the basics: IV poles, stools, BP cuffs, an iPad (way better than a phone for client charting), mini fridge at home for cold storage (separate from food), lockable storage for supplies, and a solid case to transport everything safely.

Bottom Line:

The medical compliance side isn’t that compplicated once you know what to look for. The confusing part is that every state has its own quirks.

My advice? Start with the non-negotiables, then dig into YOUR state’s specific requirements before you spend a dime.
