We’re Brody & Sierra — husband and wife, business partners, parents, and the hearts behind The Forge Performance Co.

What started as a shared passion for health, performance, and recovery quickly turned into something bigger than we ever imagined. Brody built his career around pushing his body to the limit as a professional athlete, and Sierra saw firsthand how crucial proper recovery, wellness, and balance are—not just for performance, but for life.

Now, we’re raising our biggest why right alongside us — Roweler and Reign — and building a space that we’re proud to bring our kids into every day. A place rooted in family, grit, faith, and the belief that taking care of your body allows you to show up better for everything else in life.

The Forge isn’t just a business to us — it’s personal.

Due to expected weather conditions, The Forge Performance Co. will be CLOSED Friday & Saturday for staffed services.

The safety of our clients and our team is always our first priority, and we want to keep our staff home and off the roads during this time.

🏋️‍♂️ The gym WILL remain open 24/7 for active gym members with access.

We appreciate your understanding and will resume normal staffed hours as conditions improve.
