AUTUMN HILL MANOR, Assisted Living Autumn Hill Manor is a Retirement Community in Weatherford, Tx. We provide Assisted Living, Short term care, and Independent apartments.

We are locally owned and operated. We are proud to serve our community! Autumn Hill Manor is known for its "home-like" setting and caring experienced staff. We have two assisted living homes and two triplexes for independent living. We are off of South Main conveniently located to the medical district, shopping, and restaurants. Our campus sits privately on a beautifully landscaped 4 acres.
