Our Clinical Director, Shandi, recently partnered with Amada Caregiving Services in Weatherford to provide an educational session on identifying patients who may be ready for hospice care and how to best support individuals at the end of life.

Conversations like these help ensure patients and families receive the comfort, dignity, and compassionate care they deserve when it matters most. We are grateful for the opportunity to share knowledge and collaborate with others who are passionate about caring for our community.

On Colleague Appreciation Day, we celebrate the colleagues who lift each other up, step in when help is needed, and bring encouragement to even the busiest days.

Future nurses in the house 👩‍⚕️✨Our Weatherford team had such a great time spending an hour with the soon to be graduate, bachelor prepared nursing students at Tarleton State University during their Community and Population Health class. We loved sharing how hospice care brings comfort, dignity, and compassionate support to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

There is nothing better than investing in the next generation of nurses who will go on to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and families every single day. Thank you for welcoming us and for choosing a career that truly changes lives! 💙

Our Weatherford team had an incredible time bringing smiles, laughter, and some impressive vocals to karaoke day at Willow Park Nursing and Rehab!
