This full-time position handles front-desk administration, including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification, while also performing pre-testing (e.g., autorefraction, tonometry). Position is in the Clinton location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience: Prior experience in a medical office, particularly optometry, is highly preferred but not required (willing to train).
-Skills: Exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer systems/EMR software.

REQUIREMENTS:

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as a team player.

True Vision Optometric Group is a multi-location optometry clinic in Weatherford, OK and Hobart, OK. Our mission is to provide our patients with a truly unique experience, helping you see what truly matters in life. We strive to provide the best possible care for out patients. We want to be able to help provide options to suit your budget while providing the newest technology. If there is something we can do to help you, please let us know!

True Vision was started in 2013 by Dr. Tyson Allard O.D., in Hobart and has since expanded into Weatherford in 2018. Dr. Allard is a native to southwest Oklahoma and enjoys being able to take care of all his patients who are friends, family, neighbors, and so much more to him. Dr. Allard is also an active member in the Air Guard where he serves as Lieutenant Colonel.

Insurance we accept: VSP, EYEMED, VCD, Soonercare, Medicare, Tricare, and most major medical insurance.

Specialities: multifocal contacts, Neurolens, cataract post-op care, and more.
