I cannot tell you how often I see this in therapy w couples.

If a person can put on a mask to make everyone outside their home think they are so sweet, kind and maybe even victimized - then come home and act like this and really victimize there spouse and many times children - it is very difficult to help the other spouse because the abuser will not let them heal. If they heal, the abuser cannot control them 🥲💗

I was going to write notes on my therapy sessions today then I went to my truck to get my bag and saw the antique buffet I picked last night at 8pm and drug it under the light so I could spray it to start the stripping process. I’ll sand in the morning, or maybe do my notes
