🚨🚨🚨Hello band families, I’m coming to you one more time asking for your help tonight. From our concessions chairperson, Misty Browining:

“I would like to thank everyone who has helped with the concession stand this season. The concession stand is a fundraiser for our band kids and the directors and kids appreciate the parents who help. Tonight is our last game so if you are at the game, please come down and help out. This game is short handed on volunteers and we will need help until the 3rd quarter. Thank you.”

Good afternoon Roo band families!
This Friday, There’s no school but there is an away game! Make sure to check out the itinerary for all the times and details.
We have a really fun Halloween night planned for the students, including treat bags and a costume contest!
The deadline to enter is noon this Friday, and the kids will vote on a separate google form. Winners will be announced toward the end of the game and YES there are PRIZES! (They are good prizes I have to say…)
There are 5 different categories to enter (one per student!) including most creative, funniest, scariest, best couple and best group. We can’t wait to see what y’all come up with. Please enter the contest on the google form found HERE:

Our Roo Band will be on the road for an away game this Halloween, but we still want to make it special for our hardworking students!

Treats can be sent to school with your student and given to a band director or put in their office, dropped off after practice or brought on the day we assemble!

Please send donations ASAP so we can assemble 200+ bags before the game on Halloween!
A date/time/place for assembly help will be sent out to volunteers.

Money donations are also welcome via PayPal or cash (Use the deposit box in the band hall. Please put cash in an envelope with a note "Halloween")

This week our show will be performed pre game as it is also mass band night with the middle school bands. At halftime we will play with them joining us on the field.
The WBFC will be providing pizza for the HS and MS bands before the game.

Also, be on the lookout for a Halloween treat sign up, We are going to be putting together some goodie bags for the away game on Halloween so we will be collecting candy/snack donations for those. Don’t forget the kids have been given the OK to wear (school appropriate!!) costumes to the game. No masks, no face paint, you must be able to march and move in your costume. It is going to be a really fun evening!
