Occurrence of Alzheimer dementia is on the rise. While I feel there are many factors that are involved, research does support some of the following supplements (make sure they are high quality and preferably from a healthcare practitioner) to help decrease risks. Women are at a higher risk than men statistically
Suggested supplements (with practitioner oversight):

DHA: 1,000mg/day
Phosphatidylserine: 100mg, 2–3x/day
Vitamin E: 400 IU/day
Selenium: 200 mcg/day
Ginkgo biloba: 240mg/day (standardized extract)
