This is your opportunity to experience the Craniosacral therapy introductory workshop from the world-renowned Upledger Institute, studied by over 250,000 healthcare practitioners across the globe.

During these two days, through lecture, demonstration, and hands on application, we will explore the history of craniosacral therapy, the anatomy & physiology of the human craniosacral system and its relationship to the full body connective tissue network.
You will learn how to therapeutically listen, assess, and treat the body - supporting the release of tissue restriction patterns, allowing more ease and mobility within the central nervous system while enhancing the body’s innate self-healing mechanisms.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps evaluate and enhance the function of the craniosacral system—comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. CST supports the body’s natural healing processes, improves central nervous system function, reduces the effects of stress, and helps restore balance throughout the body.

• Date: March 28 + 29th, 2026 | 10am-5:30pm (breaks provided)
• Location: Wholistic Body Solutions Weatherford TX
• Tuition: $300 (includes study guide)
• Prerequisite: None – open to the general public and healthcare professionals
• CE Hours: 12 hours of continuing education credit through Upledger Institute International
(Applicable for massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, nurses, occupational/speech therapists, and more)
• Certificate of Attendance issued upon completion of this course

About your Presenter:
Jennifer Rydlinski, Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist, Certified Presenter & Study Group Leader for Upledger Institute International.
Jennifer brings 12 years of hands-on, clinical experience with Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, and has completed more than 2,000 hours of training since 2013. Her expertise spans a wide range of specialties within the CST paradigm.
Jennifer’s training history within Upledger CST includes the following:

* SomatoEmotional Release (SER) 1 & 2
* Advanced CST levels 1-3
* Pediatric CST 1 & 2

In addition to her clinical practice, Jennifer is a certified presenter for Upledger introductory CST courses, she leads Upledger-certified study groups in Weatherford, TX, and is a teaching assistant for CST courses from beginner through advanced trainings.
