Sometimes, we’re so busy chasing the next thing that we forget to notice what’s already here. 🍂 Gratitude helps us pause and appreciate the simple, everyday blessings — the warmth of a cozy room, the support of a loved one, or even just a deep, mindful breath.

This month we've been talking a lot about bravery. Bravery shows up in many forms—on the mat, at work, at home, or in everyday life. Often, it’s the people around us who remind us what courage looks like.
