📸A little throwback: I recently found a photo of myself on a parade float in Hayfork when I was about eight years old. 🌲

Growing up there — attending the small Seventh-day Adventist school and being guided by my grandparents’ Adventist values — taught me about connection, service, and slowing down to appreciate life. Those lessons are a big part of why I chose to bring my massage therapy practice to Weaverville.

Hayfork will always be home, but Weaverville offers the perfect blend of country life and community, and I’m so thankful to serve here through Bodyology Trinity. 💚

✨From Combat Boots to Cozy Roots✨

Facebook reminded me today just how much life can change. 🌸

On this day in 2023, I was an Airborne Paratrooper—combat boots laced, static line ready to be hooked, jumping out with Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg. 🪂

Today, in 2025, I’ll be in my massage therapy office here in Weaverville, California—grounded, grateful, and serving my community in a whole new way. 💆🏻‍♀️

I’m so thankful I got the opportunity to live the best of both worlds, and I’m grateful for the chance to bring that same strength back home and into the massage space.
