I am a board certified "traditional" MD who also practices Functional and Integrative Medicine. My philosophy encourages a lifestyle that is proactive and promotes wellness while preventing the onset of illness and disease. My wife Teri is an RN. Together we work with our patients to identify and treat the root cause of any symptoms or illness and to treat you in the most natural way. We offer bio-identical hormone therapy, thyroid and Hashimoto's management, food/gluten sensitivity testing, detox/cleansing programs, wellness coaching and much more.

Yearly PSA, sorry it's a bit late! Remember, if you have an FSA, it's use it or lose it. If you don't spend all of it by the end of the year, it will be forfeited and you will lose that benefit. So get out there and buy stuff and use up your money, don't leave it on the table. This does not apply to HSAs, which do roll over with you from year to year. Happy new year everybody!

This is SO true. We've sat at restaurants where we had to hear about yeast infections from the hostess for 20 minutes before anyone even brought us a glass of water! Oh, and let me tell you about my labor...🙃
