I am a board certified "traditional" MD who also practices Functional and Integrative Medicine. My philosophy encourages a lifestyle that is proactive and promotes wellness while preventing the onset of illness and disease. My wife Teri is an RN. Together we work with our patients to identify and treat the root cause of any symptoms or illness and to treat you in the most natural way. We offer bio-identical hormone therapy, thyroid and Hashimoto's management, food/gluten sensitivity testing, detox/cleansing programs, wellness coaching and much more.

SO, recently we had our 4700th "new" patient! How crazy is that!? One nurse, one doctor, 21 years and 4700 patients! We are beyond blessed and grateful for all of it, it's been quite a ride. To have touched, and to have been touched, by that many people in this chapter of our careers, there are just no words for it. My goal was always to get to 5000...I dunno, that may be a lofty one! Thanks to each and every one of you! It is an honor and a privilege to have earned your trust over these years. We've been through a lot of "life" together with you all, haven't we?! 😍

To all of our friends and patients in Nashville and surrounding areas...our hearts and thoughts are with you all. We know that many of you are in hotels right now. If you need anything, let us know. We're 5 hours straight out 40 East so if you need or want to stay, just come on over. Love you all...

Yearly PSA, sorry it's a bit late! Remember, if you have an FSA, it's use it or lose it. If you don't spend all of it by the end of the year, it will be forfeited and you will lose that benefit. So get out there and buy stuff and use up your money, don't leave it on the table. This does not apply to HSAs, which do roll over with you from year to year. Happy new year everybody!

This is SO true. We've sat at restaurants where we had to hear about yeast infections from the hostess for 20 minutes before anyone even brought us a glass of water! Oh, and let me tell you about my labor...🙃
