✨HOW DOES REIKI WORK✨

Imagine a glass of water that’s been sitting out for a while.

Nothing is wrong with the water but it’s still, a little cloudy, and not moving.

Now imagine gently pouring fresh water into that glass.
You don’t force anything out, the old water naturally clears as new water flows in.

That’s how Reiki works.

When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or carrying emotional weight, our energy can feel a bit stagnant. Reiki introduces gentle movement of energy. It helps things start flowing again so the body can release what it no longer needs and return to balance.

Nothing is being pushed or fixed. It’s creating the conditions for clarity.
