During American Heart Month this February ❤ and all year long, it's important to know the signs and symptoms of a heart attack. Recognizing them early can be lifesaving.
Some symptoms of a heart attack include:
❤ Chest pain or discomfort
❤ Shortness of breath
❤ Pain or discomfort in the jaw, neck, back, arm, or shoulder
❤ Feeling nauseous, light-headed, or unusually tired.

If you recognize these symptoms in yourself or someone else, don't hesitate - call 9-1-1 immediately. It could make a huge difference!
