Must be Fall y’all!
…Because my favorite Brussels Sprout recipe just got cooked
I halve them and toss with a little oil and a good balsamic
Then convection roast on 375 so they get nice and crispy
In the pan with the sprouts,, I add EXCESSIVE amounts of bacon 🥓
*I definitely don’t think you should skip this step
Finishing step is caramelized onions to be stirred in right at the end
“More plants More often”
+ bacon 💜💫
