Warm comfort food that works for the whole family 🤍

This is one of my go-to dinners when I want something cozy, familiar, and nourishing — without overthinking it.

Simple Baked Ziti (5-ingredient base):
• Pasta
• Ground turkey or beef
• Marinara Sauce
• Shredded mozzarella
• Olive oil

That’s it. Familiar flavors. Kid-approved. Easy to make.

Want more protein?
Swap in a protein pasta like chickpea, lentil, or Barilla Protein+.
(Just cook to al dente — they soften as they bake.)

Need gluten-free?
Brown rice or Jovial GF pasta works beautifully.

Easy veggie add-ins that blend right in:
Finely chopped spinach, shredded zucchini, riced cauliflower, diced carrots, peas, or soft broccoli. Mix them into the sauce, and they practically disappear.

Bonus: this dish can be made ahead, portioned out, and used for simple lunches or dinners throughout the week — one less thing to think about on busy days.

No fancy recipes.
No separate meals.
Just warm, comforting food that supports busy days and little bellies.

Simple can still be nourishing — and sometimes that’s exactly what we need. 🤍

Slow down. Notice the small moments. Reconnect with joy.

Join us for an uplifting and reflective journaling workshop guided by Sarah Shellard, Owner of Just Joyful Boutique and author of The Daily Glimmers Gratitude Journal. This special experience blends gentle education with guided journaling to help you build a meaningful gratitude and “glimmer” practice you can carry into everyday life.

🌿 In this workshop, you’ll explore:

• What glimmers are and how to recognize them
• The science behind gratitude journaling
• How to create a gratitude practice you’ll actually love
• Creative ways to savor and share small moments
• Tools to feel more present and increase daily joy

✨ One Pose to Release Tension from Holiday Errands ✨

Running from store to store, carrying bags, sitting in the car, checking lists twice—holiday errands can leave your body feeling tight, tired, and overstimulated.

This simple pose helps release built-up tension in the shoulders,neck,hips,low back and encourages deeper breathing, and gives your nervous system a moment to reset. You don’t need a mat, fancy props, or a full workout—just a few intentional breaths and a little space for yourself.

🧘‍♀️ Try it:
• Pose: constructive rest with legs up
• Hold for: as long as you have time for! (Minimum of 2 minutes!)
• Focus on: Relax the space between your eyebrows, bring space between your teeth, and relax your jaw. Feel the back of your head, the back of your shoulders, your low back and hips, getting heavy and sinking into the floor, feel yourself held and supported by the ground and chair beneath you, appreciate literally taking a “load off” your feet. Let your attention settle on your breath, focusing on the rise and fall coming deep into your belly.

Save this for later, and come back to it anytime the holiday hustle starts to feel heavy 🤍
