Join us for an uplifting and reflective journaling workshop guided by Sarah Shellard, Owner of Just Joyful Boutique and author of The Daily Glimmers Gratitude Journal. This special experience blends gentle education with guided journaling to help you build a meaningful gratitude and “glimmer” practice you can carry into everyday life.

🌿 In this workshop, you’ll explore:

• What glimmers are and how to recognize them
• The science behind gratitude journaling
• How to create a gratitude practice you’ll actually love
• Creative ways to savor and share small moments
• Tools to feel more present and increase daily joy

Why stress can block weight loss 🤍

If you feel like you’re doing all the right things — moving your body, eating well, trying to be consistent — but nothing is changing… stress might be the missing piece.

When your body is under chronic stress, it goes into survival mode.

Cortisol (your stress hormone) stays elevated, which can:
• Signal the body to hold onto fat
• Increase cravings (especially for quick energy)
• Disrupt sleep and recovery
