9 days in Orlando....
No workouts. Eating and drinking whatever. No daily walks (although it was pretty easy to get between 5-10K steps in the convention center alone).
But I came back from this trip feeling amazing!!
No post-vacation bloat, ick, or energy lull.
And I only gained 1 pound.
Crazy!!! I used to gain 5-10 lbs in these perimenopausal years just from staring at the desserts. Ha!

So what changed from my previous trips? I was totally away from my wellness routines except for ONE.

As we get older, maintaining muscle mass becomes one of the most important factors for staying healthy and independent.
